The relationship between Lily Lou and Oliver is at its worst. Sandy Love, the stepmother to the two stepsiblings, has had enough of their arguments. She develops a few strategies that will make them get along after becoming frustrated. Lily and Oliver gradually start to grow closer—possibly too close—from being tied up to being forced to wear a single large undie.
